Для разборки ключ устроен абсолютно неудобно и не правильно. Поэтому, при разборке его часто «кромсают».

Как разобрать ключ
Замена батарейки в ключе зажигания Форд Фокус 2 и есть основная причина вскрытия ключа. На своих фотографиях я использую нож, и ручку просто, чтобы использовать их в качестве указки. А бывший хозяин, видимо, использовал нож, чтобы вскрывать ключ и изуродовал его.
Для работы вам понадобится плоская отвертка, достаточно узкая, чтобы вошла в ячейку и с тупым концом. Вставляете в паз, чуть давите внутрь и, параллельно, двигаете отвертку от себя прямо.
Не используйте острые предметы для вскрытия ключа, повредите фиксатор
Сам ключ и половинка верхнего корпуса отделятся от корпуса с чипом и батарейкой.
А вот и тот язычок, который мы вдавливали вниз отверткой и который и фиксирует, скрепляет две половинки ключа зажигания Форд Фокус 2 (фото внизу, выше эмблемы Форд). При состыковке половинок, он заскакивает в паз в верхней части второй половины корпуса. 
Капсула ключа с чипом и батарейкой то же разделяется на две половинки. Для этого, нужно отжать по одному язычку с боков капсулы.
В итоге, ключ делится на 3 части. Одна часть — сам металлический ключ зажигания, вторая — половинка с мозгами, третья — половинка с батарейкой.
Как поменять батарейку в ключе
Замена батарейки в ключе процесс деликатный. Как видно на фотографии ниже, батарейка фиксируется пластмассовыми маленькими фиксаторами, в моем случае — одним, второй сломан.
Кроме них по сторонам от батарейки есть два стальных контакта, которые прижимаются к контактам платы чипа, при соединении двух половинок капсулы ключа.
Поддевать батарейку следует с этой стороны (фото внизу), при этом, слегка отжимая пластмассовый фиксатор, расположенный рядом с ножом.
Как видно на следующей фотографии, батарейка кладется в ключ рефленой частью вниз.

Кстати о батарейке… Не надо искать именно батарейку в ключ зажигания форд фокус 2. В любом магазине вы найдете подходящую по размерам батарейку в 3 v (три вольта).
Эту батарейку Kodak Ultra (Кодек Ультра) я вообще купил в продуктовом магазине, сравнил сос тарой из ключа, она подошла и прекрасно работает.
