Какое масло и сколько нужно заливать в ГУР

Производитель рекомендует использовать в гидроусилителе руля Форд Фокус 1 масло Ford WSA-M2C195-A, но также можно использовать проверенный аналог Ravenol PSF. Для полной замены вам необходимо будет купить две литровые канистры масла.

Инструкция по замене масла в гидроусилителе руля Форд Фокус 1

1. Поддомкрачиваем переднюю часть автомобиля, чтобы освободить от нагрузки передние колеса.
2. Аккуратно тянем вверх бачок ГУР Форд Фокус 1 и снимаем его.

1. Далее необходимо отсоединить трубопровод обратной магистрали, чтобы добраться к нему, открутите расширительный бачок, либо правый блок фары.
2. С помощью медицинской груши или большого шприца отсасываем из бачка ГУР всю жидкость, после чего откручиваем хомуты крепления обратного трубопровода и вставляем шланг в большую пластиковую бутылку, а штуцер на бачке глушим с помощью шланга, как показано на фото.

1. Теперь на заглушенном двигателе !!! медленно крутим руль до упора вправо, затем влево, при этом делая небольшие паузы в крайних положениях. Проделываем эту процедуру до тех пор, пока вся жидкость не выйдет из системы, это примерно 0.5 литра.
2. Затем подсоединяем снятый шланг обратно к бачку и медленно, чтобы исключить образования пузырьков воздуха заливаем в него чистое масло.
3. После этого снова крутим руль вправо, а затем влево до упора, при этом следим за уровнем жидкости в бачке ГУР и при необходимости производим долив.
4. Теперь не закрывая крышку бачка, на 30 секунд запускаем двигатель, после чего проверяем уровень и доливаем жидкость. Опять заводим двигатель и даем ему поработать уже 2-3 минуты, после чего глушим и производим контроль уровня, при необходимости доливаем жидкость.
5. Замена жидкости в гидроусилителе руля Форд Фокус 1 закончена. Теперь осталось избавиться от воздуха в системе, для этого при работающем двигателе и открытой крышке бачка ГУР, снова проворачиваем рулевое колесо до упора вправо и влево, при этом делая небольшие задержки в крайних положениях, чтобы воздух через клапана вышел из системы.
6. Проверяем бачок на наличие пузырьков воздуха и убедившись в их отсутствии закрываем крышку.
